For some reason it took a lot for me to wrap my sleep-deprived brain around how to feed my bambino solid foods. I did a lot of cooking, steaming, introducing foods and now that Levi eats most all foods it’s a relief to not have to make multiple dishes for the family. Here is what we are eating….
Strain some cooked chilli before adding spices and set aside for baby
Easy to make – keep them in the fridge for a quick lunch or side to dinner
Always a great side for dinner, and a meal for baby that can be hot or cold. Add some pasta, rice, and dressings and make it into a roasted veggie salad.
This was a quick easy lunch that Levi had today
All the good stuff for baby’s meal (meat, beans, corn, avocado, cheese, yams) save the lettuce, sour cream & taco chips
Tortellini with Squash, Walnuts and Parmesan
Hold the nuts for baby’s dish and give the tortellini a quick chop
